- Norwood Parade: Named after the land owner Norman Shuttlewood, chosen by his wife Joyce.
- Kerrisdale Crescent: Named after Lawrence Kerrisdale Whitehead, father of Joyce.
- Roma Court: For Nancy Roma Duffy, nee Shuttlewood, only sister of Norman.
- Maryvale Circuit: Birthplace of Grace Whitehead nee Malone, mother of Joyce.
- Clive Court: Youngest brother of Norman.
- Camellen Street: Contraction of Cameron and Ellen, grandchildren of Joyce and Norman.
- Bensara Street: Contraction of Ben and Sara, grandchildren of Joyce and Norman.
- Eleanor Parade: First name of Joyce Shuttlewood.
- Darcy Boulevard: Darcy and Polly Shuttlewood purchased the original farm in 1939.
- Pamela Street: Pamela Crawford nee Shuttlewood, niece of Norman; grew up on the farm.
- Brentine Street: Contraction of Christine and Brendan, grandchildren of Joyce and Norman.
- Jackman Court: Mary Grace Adams nee Jackman born Torquay Devon,
- Great grandmother of Norman.
- Pellage Court: Mary Ellen Pellage (Polly) Shuttlewood 1894-1996, who lived just a bit further up the hill from 1939 until shortly before her death.
- Drayton Street: William Shuttlewood settled in Drayton in 1849 and was elected to the first Toowoomba Council in 1861.
- Almora Drive: Alfred Henry Hill (Harry) Adams of Torquay, England arrived in Mackay on the Almora from Plymouth in 1883. He was the father of Polly and grandfather of Norman.
- Cassley Street: Contraction of Cassandra and Ashley, grandchildren of Joyce and Norman.
- Teddy Street: Brother of Norman who worked on the farm until his premature death.
- Tarman Way: Much loved family Dalmatian dog.

- Yea Court: Birthplace in Victoria of Lawrence Kerrisdale Whitehead, father of Joyce Shuttlewood
- Bingera Street: Where Norman Shuttlewood spent his early years (Bundaberg region)
- Glasgow Street: Birthplace of Norman’s maternal grandmother Elizabeth Adams (nee Stevenson)
- Wanata Street: The ship Edward Malone came to Australia on from Cork (ex London) 2 Nov 1862 to Moreton Bay 14 Feb 1863 – maternal great grandfather of Joyce Shuttlewood
- Saddleworth Street: Yorkshire – Birthplace of Joseph Whitehead, ancestor of Joyce who immigrated to Australia in 1837
- Goomburra Crescent: District on the Darling Downs where Lionel (Leo) and Daisy Whitehead, grandparents of Joyce, had their family home.
- Kaltren Circuit: Contraction of Kalan and Trent, grandchildren of Norman and Joyce
- Danjon Way: Contraction of Daniel and Jonathan, grandchildren of Norman and Joyce
